Who we are
Santa Fe Healthy (santafehealthy.com) is a directory of holistic health practitioners in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area, operated by Tarleton Design LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect
- Account: username, email, and password (stored encrypted)
- Listings: business details, photos, address, phone, email, website, and social links
- Billing: name, billing address, and email (card numbers go directly to Stripe)
- Reviews and articles you submit, and messages you send us
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security
How we use information
We use it to run your account and listing, display the directory, process payments, send account and billing emails, publish reviews and articles, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Public listing information
Listings, reviews, and published articles are public and indexed by search engines. Only add information you are comfortable sharing publicly. You can edit or remove it anytime from your dashboard.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe through WooCommerce. Your card number is never stored on our servers. We keep order records (plan, amount, date, billing details, and gross receipts tax) for accounting and tax purposes.
Email communications
- Service emails relate to your account and membership, such as receipts, renewal reminders, listing approvals, and password resets. These are necessary to provide the service and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
- News and promotional emails share directory updates, Healthy Times content, and membership offers. We send these only if you have opted in.
Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link.

Embedded content such as videos may also collect data under the other site’s own policies.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, run checkout, and block spam (Google reCAPTCHA). We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking cookies will prevent login and checkout from working.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, publicly where you choose to publish, when required by law, or with a successor if the business is ever transferred.
How long we keep information
We keep account and listing information while your account exists. Order records are kept as long as tax rules require, even after an account is deleted.
Your rights and choices
You can update your information from your dashboard at any time. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email info@santafehealthy.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Other things to know
The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, though no website can guarantee perfect security. Santa Fe Healthy is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
